About
Founded by two health care professionals with over 39 years of health care experience between them, Elisabeth Care Home is a four-bed, state licensed care home in the heart of the East Bay devoted to providing high quality, compassionate care. Since our inception in 2015, we have made making our clients feel at home our top priority. In contrast with larger facilities, the clients at Elisabeth Care Home are made to feel like family with personalized care from our highly trained, caring staff.

We have a state licensed RN and well-trained caregivers on staff.
Staff
We assist in all activities of daily living such as eating and personal hygiene.
Personal Care
Elisabeth Care Home facilitates the liaison between pharmacy and doctor, ensures medication is given on schedule and within parameters.
Medication Management
At Elisabeth Care Home, a member of staff is there to assist you no matter what hour of the day it is.
24-Hour Care
We provide three nutritious, home cooked meals per day. Additionally, we cater to patients with special dietary needs.
Food
Fully furnished semi-private and private rooms with en suite bathrooms.
Rooms
All employees of Elisabeth Care Home trained in the care of patients with dementia.
Dementia Care
We assist patients in managing bladder and bowel incontinence with scheduled toileting and incontinence products.
Incontinence Management
Elisabeth Care Home provides TV, internet, and phone service in each room.
